Have a blast with Twist Time Games!

Fish-Flips

For me, getting the kids away from TV and electronics is super important! I have said it before and I will say it again. They need to unplug, be kids and have fun! My son has this horrible habit of coming home from school and going right for the remote or kindle. It has gotten so bad that I started to apply a new rule of 20 minutes for electronics and an hour of TV a day. The rest of the time, they need to find other activities to occupy themselves with. They weren’t happy about it at first but they got over it quickly once they found things to do. I have been trying to have them start playing with toys a bit more but since they are getting older and it is harder to find ones that will hold their attention.

Twist Time is a new line of outdoor and indoor games, exclusive to Target, offering a wide variety of innovative games that will get families of all ages off the couch, laughing and interacting together. Twist Time games are perfect for reunions or spur-of-the-moment family game nights. With busy schedules and more time spent on the phone or in front of the TV than every before, it’s become increasingly difficult for families to spend quality time together. Parent’s have been looking for a fun, active and memorable activity to bring the family together, and that’s exactly what we’re providing with Twist Time.

The kids had so much fun playing Fish Flips! The objective is to land the worms inside of Finneas the Fishes mouth as he turns. The game is great for both indoor and outdoor play. It comes with a cute green carry bag so you can take it on the go.

My kids had so much fun playing! My kitty even got involved as well lol. They played for almost an hour!! That totally surprised me to see how it kept them interested. This game is available exclusively at Target. So make sure to check out all of the other awesome games they have to offer.

This looks like so much fun! I love watching your kids play the game! We are trying to find a balance in our electronic and screen time and everything else. We love having a game nights or days!

That is a great idea! It is not advisable for kids to be always expose on TV or computer. I agree with you that they have to be kids, play and have fun by using all the parts of their body. Playing games with others will help boost their social skills too. I love the toy as well. It is really cute!

How fun! I agree about enforcing a time to unplug and having a routine as to when they can use digital devices. We like doing simple card and board games too as a family.

This looks like a wonderful game! I’m all for any games that keep the kids off the computer and takes them away from screen time and gets them active, body, minds, and souls. Family time takes care of the soul part :).

I don’t have any kids yet, but my best friend has an 8 year old and a newborn. Will definitely recommend this game to her! I agree that parents need to focus on getting their kids away from the screen more. They need to learn to have fun without electronics!

This looks like a lot of fun. I have a granddaughter that is almost three and loves to play games. I bet she would love this one. It’s something we could play together when she comes to visit.

What a fun game. It is a great test of patience. I enjoy looking at children playing. They laughter is contagious. BTW, it seems to be a game that can keep a cat busy too.

My kids always loved these types of games. Their favorite used to be Elefun which is similar.
